Wari was the former political and administrative capital city of the First Andean Empire.

25 km. from Ayacucho.
Here we can visit the cave where it was found the first evidence of cultural presence in the region 15 thousand years BC.

• Vilcashuaman

117 km. from Ayacucho at 3470 a.s.l.
It was the most important Inca's regional administrative center. Visiting musts are the "Temples of the Sun and the Moon". The "Ushno" (worship place) and the "Kallanca" or the Palace of Inca Tupac Yupanqui. Its main festivity is Virgin Carmen or "Mamacha Carmen" (16 July)

In the route: Intihuatana (95 km) important center ceremonial that contains Pomacocha lagoon's, the Baños del Inca, the Ceremonial Turret and the Acllwasi.We can also visit Titankayuq. natural forest with the impressive "Puyas de Raimondi".
